“Greenway Getaway” at 61 Lower Greenway has all the charm of Carlton Landing, with the added luxury and function of new, high-end construction. This professionally designed and beautifully decorated 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests comfortably. It is located across from Bocce Ball court and between Tower Court and Boardwalk pools.

The modern glass entrance door on the street opens to a covered porch with several rocking chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching your family and friends play a round of bocce ball.

The elegant and fully stocked kitchen is open to the spacious living and dining areas which are flooded with natural light. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people and the island in the kitchen seats 4. The living area with a 65" TV and fireplace is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. There is a half-bathroom, laundry room, and one primary bedroom on this floor, which has a king bed and private bathroom.

The second floor includes another primary bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. A middle bedroom with another king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed with a bathroom shared with the bunk room which has a set of two twin bunks. The second floor also features a well-appointed balcony off the second master bedroom with an outdoor sofa, coffee table, and two lounge chairs. Perfect space to enjoy the views of Carlton Landing!

This home is beautiful and had the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! The house is well laid out so it feels much larger than it really is. The community looks to be wonderful though nothing was happening during our stay and it was very deserted. I'd love to visit during warmer times to experience the activities and amenities offered.

The house and stay was fantabulous! Our only wishes would be that there were more than one towel per person. I have a lot of hair to dry and one towel just doesn’t do the trick. We also would have liked to have access to a dish rag and dish towel. We prepared every meal ahead of time so there were a lot of dishes to do and only paper towels to do them with. Needless to say, we went through all of the ones provided PLUS the ones we brought. Other than that, everything was perfect. Tons of room for everyone to gather and spread out if needed! The town and atmosphere was phenomenal. We will be back!

This is a great house with room for everyone to spread out. It is well kept and stocked with everything you need. We have stayed here two times and it is one of our favorites in Carlton Landing.

Perfect getaway for our family

Wonderful, clean and spacious home for our large family (6 adults,6 children). The kids enjoyed playing soccer or frisbee in the large open area in front of the house. We roasted marshmallows and made s’mores over the fire pit in the back. Fall is a wonderful time to be in Carlton Landing. We will be back. Many memories made.

Wow! What a beautiful home. This was our second time visiting Carlton Landing. Last time we stayed in a smaller property. Greenway Getaway had everything we needed and more. Perfect Location and great communcation by the management company. We will be back!

After living in Carlton Landing for a little bit and moving to Tulsa, we look forward to coming back every now and then for a visit. This home was a great home for a weekend fall break trip. Multiple beds and baths with a great common living space made this rental a perfect one for our family of 6. It would have graciously accommodated more.
