Our family had a great stay. We were just a couple minutes walk from the lake, pizza, and volleyball court. The fall time scenery was also beautiful.

This cottage is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with the important people in your life! Close to the beach for kayaking and paddle boarding, close to delicious pizza and a great neighbor hood to walk around in and listen to live music! It felt like a GAC Christmas movie set!!

The cottage was the perfect size for the 3 of us! We loved how convenient it was to the beach and the pool. The exterior has changed since they posted the pictures so we were a little unsure which one it was at first. It was very clean and well furnished for our needs.

We had an awesome stay here at the Kokoma cottage, everything was perfect, the bedrooms and the layout of the cottage is very functional.
The location is great if you are with young kids under 5, as the beach and the swimming pool, the mama tig restaurant all are at a 2-3 mins walking distance. The lakestay folks were amazing with all the information they gave us and the house had everything needed. I would HIGHLY recommend taking food along, we didn't and did not realize the onsite restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday. We will be back soon!

The house was clean, quaint, and perfect size for my friend and I to have a quick girls' weekend. Everything worked, and the AC was amazing in the heat! Great location next to the pop up shops and church!

We stumbled upon Carlton Landing on our way home from Arkansas. We had such a positive experience while visiting we decided to stay the night. From our initial greeting from the LakeStay group til checkout our expectations were exceeded.

My family and I loved staying at Kokomo Kottage! The location was perfect, the rooms were each beautiful and not only was well stocked, but well stocked with quality products. Can't wait to visit again!
