Welcome to Rhythm and Blue- 89 Ridgeline

This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath music-themed home is perfect for a large group of friends, family, or colleagues alike. You will find guitars and tambourines to pass the time and impress your guests. Perhaps cooking is your thing! If that’s the case, R&B has a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone!

If you came to relax, grab one of our books and head out front because we have the perfect porch swing on the bottom level to do just that or you can make your way to the second-floor balcony for that lovely lake and treetop view!

We’re only steps away from the tower pool and down the street from the playground, the pavilion, and The Meeting House!

Downstairs is the main living quarters with a beautiful kitchen, large laundry room, and relaxing king En-suite.

Upstairs you will find two queen bedrooms, a large En-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and TV as well as a bunk room with 6 twin beds. The bunk room has a record player, a stocked game closet, teen and children's books, and a tv. There is also another full bathroom in the central hall.

You may be inspired by some of the musicians on the walls throughout the house. After all, they paved the way! We hope they at least spark a conversation and help you unplug for a while. This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

We can’t say enough good things about this house! It was ideal for our large family, and we had a wonderful stay. LakeStay went above and beyond to accommodate some specific requests to make our weekend perfect. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating NYE with friends & family. The home worked great for 3 families with a huge bunk room! As always LakeStay has the best customer service.

We had a great time at the house for Christmas. We had plenty of room for 13 people including 5 young children. The weather was perfect for walks and basketball.

We had a girls weekend away and it was perfect! Rhythm & Blue was a perfect fit for our needs & was closely located to all the hotspots within Carlton Landing! The house was meticulously maintained, adorably decorated, and perfectly furnished! Highly recommend!

I had no idea this amazing community existed. We rented three homes close together for a leadership retreat. I can not say enough good things about the place. We cant wait to go back again and I am booking a family get away here next. So much to do within a short walk. Homes were more than fully stocked and had more than we needed. Beds were so comfortable, everything was super clean and updated. The staff was always ready to answer any questions and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Our work group can be a tough crowd with high expectations and there was not one complaint all week!!!!! Thank you! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at rhythm and blue. The house is spacious and slept 12 very comfortably. We had everything we needed! The property manager was very quick to respond when our grill needed propane. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!
