Welcome to Delmer Ray - 63 Boardwalk

The ideal lake home! This property offers spaces for both adults and children. Its great location gives easy access to fun activities for the family.

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there is room for up to 12 people. You're only a short walk to the community pool as well as access to Bocce Ball Park. Inside, the kitchen, living room, and dining area all flow together in an open floor plan making it easy for everyone to gather together or do multiple activities at once. There is a king-sized bed in the downstairs master with an attached bath. Don't miss the back screened-in porch, the perfect outdoor lounge space.

Upstairs you'll find great spaces for both adults and children, from a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds and a full-sized bed to a queen guest room with ideal views of the Boardwalk district. On the other end of the hall, another unique space including a queen-sized bed. Guests in this room can enjoy their own private balcony. There is also a twin bed with a trundle.

We adored Carlton Landing! It’s the perfect getaway! Relaxing yet great activities in an idyllic setting. The home was exactly as pictured.. so tasteful and comfortable. Everything you need is available! We would absolutely stay there again.

This was our first trip to Carlton landing and we loved it! We had two families stay in the home snd it worked perfect! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to one of the pools. We went back and forth many times.

Lovely home, clean, with very pretty decor. Excellent amenities. There is a hidden nook for little kids to play in which was an exciting find for my 2 year old and 4 year old. Great location. The interior and the layout was excellent. Only complaint was that the back yard was a mud bath when we arrived.
