This spacious cottage sits in the perfect location just steps away from the community pool and a short walk to the waterfront. In this lovely cottage, you’ll find spaces for everyone. With prime boardwalk frontage, you are perfectly situated between the pool, swim beach, or a short stroll to Mama Tiggs Pizza & much more.

The house features 2 Master Suites and Bunk Bedroom with living spaces both downstairs and up. With 3.5 baths, this cottage comfortably accommodates 9. Multiple Roku's, an Apple TV and Sonos speakers ensure you can relax watching your favorite teams, movies, or listen to your favorite playlists.

Spacious downstairs living opens to dining area & kitchen. Generously sized kitchen offers plenty of counter space and storage to enjoy cooking or hosting. A charcoal grill is provided for your convenience. Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious front porch.

Take in the best views of the boardwalk on the upstairs porch. Enjoy evening drinks on the back porch or by the private fire pit. With rear parking for 2 vehicles, this cottage is fit for a large party. This property has a Charcoal Grill for guests to use.

Great stay at Latitude Adjustment

The house was very clean and worked out great for the number of people staying there. The floor plan was perfect and we had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was close to all of the activities and restaurants. We did have a little difficulty streaming on the tv. Additionally the master bedroom on the first floor did not cool down when the ac was on. But those two issues were minor.

This home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our evenings gathered around the fire pit making s’more’s and memories. This home was stocked with books, games and puzzles. Carrollton Landing was perfect to disconnect from electronics we plan on going back every year.

We enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. Very convenient location. Close to the Boardwalk Pool and easy walks to Mama Tiggs, Food Truck Park, Town Green and swim beach. Loved having the covered parking in back for 2 cars. The kitchen was fully equipped and beyond what we expected-all the basics plus paper towels, dishsoap, handsoap, a crockpot, portable mixer, blender, cookie sheets, and plenty of tableware. This was important as we cooked most all our meals for our family of 7. Plenty of bath towels and a hairdryer in the master bathroom. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, and the grandparents enjoyed that the master bedroom downstairs was well away from it (haha). We were glad to have the Roku's. The large front porch swing and rockers were great. We would absolutely recommend this property!

First time renter at Carlton Landing so had a number of questions. Lake Stay not always responsive. Our location was near the end near the beach, Meeting house etc. so didn't need to rent a golf cart.

We had the most relaxing & fun girls getaway here! Perfect location, very clean & spacious, with everything we needed. We went during the week in September & it was like we had the whole community to ourselves! We kept having to remind ourselves we were in Oklahoma and not a coastal town. We made use of all 3 porches & loved our lazy mornings on the swing & fun nights by the fire pit!

As grandparents, we value every moment we can turn into a memory with our grandchildren. We chose this location for Nonnie Camp 2021 and it was a wonderful place to be together. The home was everything we hoped it would be. The kids were disappointed that the TV in the upstairs living space did not work, but we were truly in the house so little that it was not a big deal overall. The home provided plenty of viewing areas. We loved everything in the home. It was clean and comfortable. Next stay will be on a weekend when things are open. Not much available during the week.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. The area was clean and provided several amenities. The WiFi was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool close by & also the lake area. All the people seemed friendly. This area is ideal to have a gold cart . We assumed we could rent one when we arrived however, it is wise to call ahead because the company was booked out for 3 weeks. This limited our use of the entire landing. We stuck to what we could walk to. We did stay during the week. We preferred that to try and limit crowds & it was great. However, in doing so you just take note that not all shops will be open if you do so. Overall, we had a great time and felt we were in a whole other part of the world with minimal travel.

Six of us stayed here for a Girl Getaway Trip. The house is fabulous and we loved it!! It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The 3.5 baths were perfect for us women getting ready every day. The owners have decorated it so cute! It’s in a great location too. We were there Monday-Thursday so nothing was open.. but we loved walking around this charming little community. We do hope to come back and would rent this very same house!

Latitude Adjustment has everything you’ll need and it couldn’t be in a better location. Everything is in walking distance and the town feels very safe. All the amenities you could ask for come in the rental as well, such as hair dryers, blankets, games, movies, cleaning and cooking supplies. You can even adjust the thermostat! We were able to connect and stream live sports TV from our phone even though the house comes with Apple TV and all streaming services. Super easy check in and check out with a door code too! You will not be disappointed with this rental, we can’t wait to come back!
