Welcome to Magnolia Escape - 47 Center Lane South



Cozy little cottage so close to the waterfront where you'll find great food options, swim beach, and the boat dock. Also just a short walk from the community pool and grill area.

Check out this new cottage on Center Lane. Perfect central location to the Boardwalk community pool as well as the waterfront. This two-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect size for a small family sleeping up to 7. Enjoy family dining inside and out with a wonderful screened-in porch with a dining set. This home provides a king-size bed in the bedroom downstairs with an attached bathroom. Upstairs you will find a queen-size bed as well as a twin over twin bunk set, with another twin trundle underneath.

Upstairs guests will also enjoy their own bathroom. This property has a charcoal grill for guests to use.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

We had an awesome stay at Carlton Landing, along with getting to spend time with family that we had not seen since pre-Covid. Magnolia Escape was exactly what we needed for family members who stayed with us, and met all of our needs perfectly.

This home is a very cozy, clean home! It was perfect for our family of 4. It’s a very short walk from the pool and beach! Our only things were first the porch could have been a little bit more clean. There was a bunch of wasps nests and spider webs. Second was that you are surrounded with construction. It was hard to find the home because the street infront of it had been blocked off. Also a house across the street is being built so every morning by 8 all you hear is loud blasting music. Third be prepared to have to walk EVERYWHERE! Unless you plan on renting a golf cart it’s a very long walk to Mama Tigs, the Tower Court pool, and The Meeting House. Other than these things this home is very nice and we will come back again!

We had a great time during our 3 night stay at Carlton Landing. The only issues we had were the front porch could have been a little more clean, and the couch in the living room was very small, making it difficult to relax in the living room. Other than that, our stay was great and we would come back!

Great for a long weekend with the family, and great location. Property was clean and well stocked. We had a small plumbing issue but the property managers were easy to reach, responded quickly and all was solved. Highly recommend for a family of 4.

This new and beautifully decorated home was in a great location. It’s located on a side road so very little traffic. We loved the front porch and screened porch for visiting. We had everything we needed to make a great Girls Trip of 6. We’ll be back! Also, short walk to the pools, Mama Tig’s Pizza, and the Meeting House.

House lives up to its name--like Joanna Gaines designed it! It was generously sized and the bed was so very comfortable. Really enjoyed both porches. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.

It was a wonderful weekend in Carlton Landing. This was our second trip and second time to stay in this house. The house is great for a family of 4 and comes with all the necessities to cook and hang out. There is a lot of construction right now so you will hear that going on but did not make our stay any less enjoyable.

A very nice rental. Has everything you would need and great sidewalks for kids to ride bikes or scooters. Close to everything and if you have kids it is close to the pool which is a bonus.
