Welcome to Poindexter Cottage - 20 Firefly Lane

Beautifully decorated with 2 living areas and a fantastic outdoor space with a ping pong table in the back yard!

This is the epitome of a family-friendly home. With access to Firefly Park and an intimate dining area, the whole family is sure to be pleased! There are 4 bedrooms for ample sleeping space, especially the bunk room with space to sleep as many as 6 kids.

The downstairs master bedroom features a king bed, and a second downstairs guest room that features a queen bed. Upstairs, you'll find a bunk room equipped with full and twin bunk beds with trundles and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. There is a downstairs living area as well as an additional second living room upstairs. The kitchen area has a dining room table that seats up to six. The home sits right on Firefly Park and has a fitting porch with wooden bench swing and additional seating. The backyard has its own private fenced in area with room to run, use the outdoor ping pong table and light up the charcoal grill.

We had a wonderful family vacation at The Poindexter Cottage. The property itself was in great shape and we loved the location. It was a little tight in the downstairs living space/kitchen for our group of 11, but other than that we had a great time.

Overall this house was nice albeit a little tight in the kitchen/living room space compared to other homes we have stayed in on property. The beds were very comfortable, which is big for me. Even my kids thought the bunk beds were super comfy! The big lawn area was great for the kids and they had lots of fun using the ping pong table in the backyard.
The master shower could use a new shower curtain and there was no can opener in the kitchen. The decor was a bit random compared to other homes on property. We had 11 people staying here (3 different families) and it suited our needs just fine.

Christmas At Carlton Landing!

Our family met at Carlton Landing for Christmas. We had 3 beautiful, fun-filled days! Our teens played volleyball, ping-pong, basketball, and football on the field on the field in front of our house. With warm sunny days it was close to perfect! Amon was great to work with, as she was ready to help with anything we needed.

The location of this rental in firefly park was perfect for our crew! We also had fun playing on the outdoor ping pong table.

We shared Poindexter Cottage with some family friends. There was plenty of space for each of our families. Having the big green space right in front was great for our kids. And the house isn't far from the pools or the swim beach!
