Escape from the bustle of daily life when you stay at this cozy 2 bedroom cottage in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. The home is just steps away from the beach and pop up shops!

The downstairs living area is attached to the kitchen and dining area in an open floor plan. Downstairs also includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs there is a guest room with a queen sized bed plus a twin-sized bunk. This cottage also includes a full size sleeper sofa, as well as, a port-a-crib in the upstairs bedroom closet.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.

The home was delightfully decorated. It has a nice kitchen to cook in. Very well stocked. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Great family time. Hope to return soon!

Wonderful and peaceful! The only thing we didn’t get was the code for the pool/hot tub.

Sunny Daze is a beautiful cottage. I apologize you were not able to find the code to boardwalk pool and spa area. The codes for our amenities are located in the welcome binder. We hope you will be back soon!

Our family of five had a relaxing and fun fall weekend in Carlton Landing. We were first time visitors. The kids (4,4,7) loved exploring the trails, beach, communal areas, garden, ping pong, playground, visiting the chickens, playing Jenga at Mama Tigs, and sitting by the fire pits at night. Sunny Daze had games, books, puzzles and legos for the kids, which they loved.The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating indoors or on the patio. The kids had fun hanging out in the upstairs bunk room while us parents enjoyed wine and a movie downstairs. We hope to return soon!
