Welcome to The Crown - 15 Boulevard

Take a short getaway to the Crown. It's one of the first homes built here in Carlton Landing and gives you that cute southern charm that will make you feel right at home.

The Crown is a beautiful 2 story house that features double wrapped around porches. Each porch has a porch swing that is great for relaxing with a glass of tea and your favorite book. The Crown is also located on the main street of Carlton Landing, where you can watch the kids ride their bikes up and down Boulevard, or roasting marshmallows in the Pavilion. You can walk across the street to The Meeting House and grab a snack or a warm cup of coffee. In the evening, you can enjoy the grill in the garden, have dinner on your screened-in porch, and listen to the serene waterfall coming from the garden.

This home has an elegant, traditional feel. As you walk through the front door, you will see the beautiful wooden staircase that just makes the home so unique. An open and welcoming living, kitchen, and dining room is ideal for large family gatherings. The bunk room is located next to the living room. Also on the first floor, you will find the gorgeous master bedroom and master bath.

At the top of the stairs, you will walk into a small living area, which is great for kids to play games, and hang out with their friends. The sofa hides a queen sleeper for your extra company. You will also find both bedrooms that have a king-sized bed and their own bathrooms. They both have a spare full or twin-sized bed that is great for those big family reunions and need extra sleeping space.

Beautiful home in a great location across from the Meeting House. Plenty of space in the house for 2 families with 5 kids. We really enjoyed the wrap around patio and balconies in the morning for coffee. Can’t wait to return!

This was our first time staying in CL since LakeStay has taken over. We have rented in CL pretty regularly since 2017. I have to say, the thoughtfulness to details and streamlining the experience was good to see. I felt like I was being hosted. We stayed at The Crown on Broadway just south of the community garden. The decor was simple and clean, not too much stuff for my three boys to get into. This is always appreciated. The living area was comfy for everyone. We always appreciate multiple masters, and the one on the ground floor was a luxurious accommodation for my dad and his wife, Patty. The appliances were the best quality we've seen in CL. The Wolf range had a great griddle for pancakes, which is a weekend tradition with the grandparents. Our experience with the property and LakeStay team was excellent! We will definitely be returning soon to The Crown or another property. Such a perfect getaway!

This house! We’ve stayed in Seaside and Watercolors and this house exudes those same relaxed beachy vibes. We spent a long weekend with our best friends to celebrate birthdays and it was so much fun for the whole family! We took walks, bike rides, went fishing and ate at the Carlton Landing food trucks and Mama Tigs! If you need a relaxing vacation, this is the place. You’ll never want to stay anywhere else in Carlton Landing! This home has all of the amenities you could hope for: a big backyard, a garden and grill area that is pretty much private, the gazebo right across the street, a park for the kids, TVs, covered porch, etc, etc, etc.! If you get the chance, book this, plan on bringing your people and stay for days!

This house is absolutely a “Must Stay” house at CL! So much room for a large family or a small family get away! It is close to everything; boat dock, meeting house, pavilion, park. It’s been updated from top to bottom and decorated amazingly. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again in a heart beat!

What a wonderful place to vacation with your family and friends. This home was perfect for 3 couples and 5 children. They were very accommodating, the home was beautiful, the rooms were perfect, the bunk beds were wonderful, the grounds amazing for your kids to venture off without worrying too much. They loved the chickens, beach, the outdoor music, the large fields, the pumpkin painting across the street, the playgrounds, and MORE. Get a golf cart, and book it!

We had a great time and the house we stayed at was fantastic. We had some trouble with using the TVs and I wish there were a few more amenities open during the week but overall it was excellent.
