Boardwalk Pool & Spa
Centrally located at the end of Boulevard, this pool is gated and one of two Carlton Landing Home Owner’s Association managed pools. This pool is available to renters. Amenities available include propane grills, 2 picnic tables, showers, ping pong, and a hot tub. This pool is open April-October. The Hot Tub is open throughout the year.
Pool Hours: 9:00am-11:00pm
Tower Court Pool
Located at the intersection of Lower Greenway and Ridgeline Road, this pool is gated and one of two Carlton Landing Home Owner’s Association managed pools, available to renters. Lounge and seating options abound in shaded and sunbathing areas. A separate kiddie pool is adjacent to the main larger salt water pool. Bring your pool bag and floaties and enjoy this picturesque location. This pool is open April-October.
