Guests will have access to the Carlton Landing fitness club, Tennis and pickleball courts, plus 2 community pools.

The spacious front porch with two day swings sets the scene for a serene lake retreat. Plush furnishings and a cozy fireplace welcome guests to relax in the comfortable living area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy preparing fresh meals. Nearby, a dining table provide ample room for guest dining. On the first level is a laundry room and a cute powder bath located by the back door.

The second floor presents a beautiful king en-suite with king bed, abundant natural light leading to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and a private bathroom. This level also offers 2 additional guest rooms, 1 with a king bed and an efficient bunk room with 6 twin beds, and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

This home is beautiful. Tons of open space and plenty of seating for extended family. Only steps away from the pool and hot tub. The pellet smoker provided an amazing turkey. Backyard is fenced off nicely with a firepit, lights and plenty of parking for everyone. Great home for entertaining!

The house was the perfect place for our family of 5! It is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed and more! We loved the front porch swings, the cute and comfy bunk room, the cozy couch and the fenced in backyard with fire it was perfect! We will ABSOLUTELY be staying there again.

Visited last month and really liked where we stayed in Carlton Landing. Emerald Bay has a great size living room and the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. It was our first time here. What a little gem in Oklahoma.

Last minute, our family decided to split a road trip in half and we decided to stay in Carlton Landing, which we have done many times before. This is a newer home. It was in great condition and very clean. Our family had a great time and we would recommend this property for someone looking to stay in Carlton Landing.
