Welcome to Casa Blanca - 29 Center Lane South

Find the perfect combination of comfort and convenience in this new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage. With a gorgeous view of the cove and just steps away from all the lakefront amenities, how could you beat this perfect location?

This home has a space for everyone. Starting with an open floor concept, the entire family can enjoy cooking and dinner together while others relax in front of the TV nearby. There is a queen guest room downstairs for those that may not want to stay upstairs. Also, feel free to take the party outside on the front porch or the back screened in porch. Upstairs you'll find another queen guest space, as well as, a built in bunk room with four twin beds over looking the East green and cove. Moving on to the King master, you will fall in love with this master oasis, complete with it's own full bath.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca! The cutest house, perfect for two families to stay. Great location, close to Children's Beach, lots of green space, and Mama Tig's pizza. The porches and decor are dreamy, and the community itself is just darling. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Carlton Landing. It truly was a magical place to spend a few days together. Our accommodations at Junior B’s made the whole experience easier for us. The atmosphere at CL was the best! We’ll definitely be back!

It was perfect!!!! Beautiful home with excellent decor. It was so inviting and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need. Was not able to use the balcony hammocks due to wasp nests and wasp swarming EVERYWHERE. We noticed they were everywhere in the neighborhood. I don’t know if it would help if maybe the house cleaners could maybe spray for those before renters arrive. We loved the property and would highly recommend it!!! Excellent location too!

We were first timers at CL and this house truly made me feel like I was at the beach without the 15 hour drive. Beautiful home with everything we needed and more. Comfortable and spacious. We loved our entire experience at CL.
