Park Place is your home away from home! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake getaway has room for up to 7 and has plenty of space to lounge and relax. Downstairs you will be greeted with an open-floor plan so every one can enjoy living, dining and eating together.

From the living area you have access to do the charming queen master bedroom and bath as well as the private enclosed screened-in porch perfect for Summer reading or Fall evenings. You also have access to the Courtyard Commons area with outdoor dining space shared with surrounding neighbors.

Upstairs you will be greeted with a secondary entertainment space for relaxing, and two guest bedrooms: the first with 2 twins and mattress trundle, and the second with a queen bed, both sharing a jack & jill style bathroom. Don't miss the views of Park Street and the dock area from the upstairs balcony. This home is sure to please!

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.

We loved our trip to Carlton Landing and enjoyed staying at Park Place Cottage. The rental had everything we needed and was conveniently located. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space. I would rent this property again.

The house was comfortable and charming. Perfect for a quick family get away. We felt like we were much further from Tulsa than an hour. The town was cute and bustling, but still relaxing. Great pizza at Mama Tigs. Boat Club experience was top-notch and hassle-free.
