Welcome to Prosecco Point - 36 Firefly Lane
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage offers great indoor and outdoor space! One King and One queen bed and a bunk room with 6 twin beds, there is room for the whole family. There is a wrap-around porch, upstairs balcony, and backyard cookout area.
Have your next getaway with an intimate view of Firefly Park! This cottage offers great space both indoors and out. There are two bedrooms one with a King and one with a Queen bed, and a bunk room equipped with 6 twin beds. Downstairs includes a living, kitchen, and dining area, along with a bedroom and full bath.
Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom, a bunk room, and an additional full bath and living area. The porches offer great views and plenty of space to gather and host cookouts!
This property has a Black Back stone propane grill for guests to use.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10):

60 people gathered in 7 Carlton Landing cottages. Prosecco Point was the main gathering place due to location and the porch access. Loved it. Porch fan could be a little better in 100+ degree heat.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Loved the layout of the house. Modern, updated, and fully stocked for everything you would need to cook, etc. It was just my wife and I quick weekend getaway, but this place could easily sleep 10 comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Carlton Landing. This is our fifth time visiting (2nd at Prosecco Point). Very clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is inviting with plenty of activities. We can’t wait fir our next trip.

We visited in October and the weather was perfect! The porches on this house are to die for! My family of 7 was so comfortable within this home, the bunk room for the boys, the queen bed for the girls and the downstairs suite for the parents. There was abundant seating everywhere you turned. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a vacation home in Carlton Landing!

Our family had the most relaxing stay at Prosecco Point! The home had everything we need for a comfortable stay and within close distance to everywhere in the community! And the porch swing is what dreams are made of! Loved our stay and can't wait to come back soon!

We went with another family. There were 5 kids and 4 adults. It was the perfect size for us! The house had excellent location. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night trip. We loved sitting outside on the covered patio while the kids played in the grassy are out front.

Wonderful home with amazing features. The backyard grill was a blessing to have to use. Porch swing was a bonus that we didn't know we'd love to use so much. The house is perfectly situated in the middle of everything.

We loved our time at Prosecco Point. It was a perfect size for 2 families to share. The porches are amazing - with one screened in. It was decorated cute and everything was clean and well taken of. It’s in a great location as well. We have already booked another weekend at this same house.

The “check-in” and “check-out” experience with lakestay was hassle free! Our rental, Prosecco Point, was a beautiful home, very well maintained and in the center of the Carlton Landing community. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with our dear friends!!!

Our family drove about 6 hours to Oklahoma and were gladly surprise by Carlton Landing. The place was clean and beautifully and efficiently decorated. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The kids loved to walk around the premises. The Carlton Landing staff was cordial from the booking to our every need.
Every place was so enjoyable that we would like to return at the first opportunity.
