Serendipity - 30 Park Street Unit A

Convenience meets comforts in this cozy condo just steps away from the pop-up shops, food trucks, and swim beach.

Enjoy time together in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. You can also take the party outside onto the private front porch with outdoor dining and sitting spaces.
Just down the hall, you'll find two queen guest rooms, Jack and Jill style sharing a full-size bath in between. At the end of the hall a spacious master suite with a beautiful en suite bath, plus a private screened-in porch is a perfect place to relax after a long day on the water. This home offers one king bed in the master suite. The guest rooms are furnished with queen beds.

Perfect location right across the street from Mama Tigs. And a great single floor layout, highly recommend this spot.

First time to Carlton Landing for myself and my friend. We brought our young teen daughters. The condo was clean, well-appointed and well-equipped. We stay here again! Highly recommend you bring your groceries anything you need with you as there’s nothing very close. We stayed Monday-Thursday and ate in the first two days. No pop-up shops during our stay. The pizza place and Meeting house opened on Wednesday. It was quiet and enjoyable while there though. Next time will probably come later in the week.

Serendipity was clean, spacious, and within short walking distance to the beach, a pool, and the meeting house. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in the rental and had a great time! The rental is spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only negative is the alleyway adjacent to the rental has some traffic, but the great proximity to all of the amenities far outweighs any alley road noise.
