This 5 bedroom and 4 full bathroom cottage is perfect for family getaways. With porches on both levels and a back screened porch, as well as a great view of Redbud Park, there is plenty of space for relaxation, play and time spent together!

This beautiful and spacious cottage boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 downstairs bedrooms and 4 full baths. There are 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and four twin beds in a bunk-room made to match every kid's dream. The living area offers plenty of open space but areas for intimate gatherings. A full dining area, a charming kitchen with island and additional bar stool seating, and a living room perfect for a family gathering or get together with friends.

Venture outdoors and you will a front porch with porch swing and chairs, an upstairs balcony that overlooks Redbud Park and offers farther views of the town of Carlton Landing.

A short walk from the Community Pool and Lake Eufaula! The perfect getaway for any size family! This property has a Wood fed grill for guests to use.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

First time to visit Carlton Landing at Eufalla. This home is absolutely stunning. Very clean. Very modern. Comfortable beds. Towels are to die for! Patios and fire pit area are stunning. Be sure to rent a golf cart! Dr Doos in eufalla will have it there when you get in and pick it up when you are gone! Most fun way to get out and tour the town!

We loved staying at Sky Blue. This was our second vacation to Carlton Landing.
It reminds of Seaside in Florida. Just a fun, family place. We will be back next year.

Lovely house located on the Redbud park. Ideal location for kids to play safely. House is well maintained except for front porch light & kitchen stove lights burned out. AC is terrific.

Sky Blue Cottage is a marvelous home located on Red Bud Park. It’s location is central to all. The five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms make this an excellent choice for large groups. The storage is beyond amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with beautiful serving pieces and ample dishes. The home was very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Beds were comfy, too. Many thanks to Kayla for seeing to our every need and for making our visit the Best!
